The rental program service has been in existence from the original ground breaking of the project and continues to this day in providing the best hospitality services on the mountain. Our townhouse rental program owners and visitors enjoy the courtesy and convenience of our on-site office staff which makes for many enjoyable and relaxing return stays.

About the Escape For All Seasons townhouses. This complex was built as a Planned Urban Development in the early 1970’s. There is a Home Owners Association with CC&Rs, By-Laws and Reserves. The Association dues are currently $717.00, payable quarterly. The dues include fire insurance for the buildings, along with liability insurance for common areas, water, trash removal, basic and expanded basic cable TV and snow removal in the winter. There is also a “special assessment” added to quarterly dues of $125.00 payable quarterly for 6 years ($3,000.00 total per townhouse).
